Allison joined the firm in December 2019 and serves as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In these roles she oversees team management, workflow optimization, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and trade facilitation, the machinery that keeps the firm running cleanly and clients well cared for.
She holds her Series 7, Series 63, and SIE registrations, as well as her Texas Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses. She earned a Master of Science in Administration and is a Texas Public Notary. Committed to continued growth, she went on to earn the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation and most recently completed the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®).
Outside the office, Allison enjoys time with family, friends, and her two beloved fur babies. Whether she's training for fitness competitions, relaxing by the pool with her Kindle, or discovering something new around North Dallas, she makes the most of her time both personally and professionally.
